I’ve always loved shopping. In high school, I was the girl who knew exactly what was worth buying — and what wasn’t.
I studied psychology at Duke University, and that foundation still shapes everything I do today. Style isn’t just about clothing — it’s emotional. It’s personal. It’s deeply tied to identity.
After internships covering fashion at The Washington Post and The New York Times, I realized something: I loved the ideas behind fashion more than writing about it.
So I became a personal shopper at Bloomingdale’s.
I started with zero clients — and became one of the top sellers. That’s where I mastered fit, fabric, quality, and value. I learned what’s worth investing in — and what isn’t.
At Henri Bendel, I became the face of the store. I helped shape buying decisions because I understood what real women actually wanted.
And then I built my own business. Today, I combine:
– Fashion instinct
– Decades of retail experience
– A psychology background
– And an eye for body type and proportion
Clients often tell me I’m like a “shrink through clothing.” When a woman looks in the mirror and sees herself the way I see her — confident, elegant, strong — that’s when I know my job is done.
"After working with me, I guarantee you will feel inspired, informed and empowered! You have it. I’m here to show, teach, learn and listen so I can pull it out of you."
