I’ve always loved shopping. In high school, I was the girl who knew exactly what was worth buying — and what wasn’t.
I studied psychology at Duke University, and that foundation still shapes everything I do today. Style isn’t just about clothing — it’s emotional. It’s personal. It’s deeply tied to identity.
At The New York Times, I interned as a writer and fashion stylist for former Fashion Editor Amy Spindler and former Fashion Director Anne Christensen, which led to writing assignments for WWD, V Magazine, Style.com, The New York Times and The Washington Post. I’ve also been lucky enough to work with amazing designers like Zac Posen.

I Started off in editorial, styling models and celebrities but I realized something: I loved the ideas behind fashion more than writing about it.
So I became a personal shopper at Bloomingdale’s styling “real women” as a personal shopper.
I started with zero clients — and became one of the top sellers. That’s where I mastered fit, fabric, quality, and value. I learned what’s worth investing in — and what isn’t.
At Henri Bendel, I became the face of the store. I helped shape buying decisions because I understood what real women actually wanted.
